This page is especially for my sister Linda. She's amazing at sports and a complete natural. Give her a few hours coaching on pretty much any sport and she'll probably thrash you in next to no time! Definately, the sporty one in my family.
There is an exercise that even no sporty types can take up, it's called Pilates. If you live in the Sleaford area, you can book Pilates Classes with Barbara jackson.
Fishing - The noble art of maggot drowning. A sport which requires high levels of concentration and patience. The ability to be able to tell a good story also comes in handy - such as "The one that got away!" An inability to estimate is also useful - "It was this big!"

Football - The sport where you run round a field like a loon and kick a pig's bladder about. If you become good at it, you will be able to earn vast sums of money completely disproportionate to your IQ - "The boy done good!"

Golf - Where you get the chance to whack coloured balls with sticks and get charged a hefty sum for the privilege. An added bonus is that you can wear outrageous costumes, which probably wouldn't see the light of day elsewhere - "Fore!"

Rugby - Organised violence, often conducted by people who are highly educated and from good homes. You can kick, punch and headbutt your oponents, plus you get to create lots of dirty washing - "Scrum Down!"
Badminton - To play this sport you get to Smack a feathered ball at the ground with a long handled bat. The only problem is, your oponent hits the thing impossibly high and you have to have elastic in your legs in order to smack it over the amazingly high net!

Swimming - The only real sport where humans get to impersonate fish. While you don't wear fins and a tail, you can leave nothing to the imagination in a fine line in skin tight lycra!
